Not everyone wants to have a triathlon coach, or can afford one. On the other hand, there are lots of triathletes out there who need some guidance and accountability on their journey to achieving their sporting goals. SWAT was created specifically to address the needs of these people.

For less than 70p per day, members of SWAT receive the guidance and structure that they need.

A daily training programme for 365 days of the year. In the winter a base plan to address specific sports weaknesses and to build general fitness and then in the summer, as they approach their ‘A’ race, a specific plan. Both of these programmes are based on their personal weekly time allocation for training. For example, if you are preparing for a standard distance event and have 8 hours per week that you can consistently devote to training, then we have a plan that builds from 6-8 hours per week. In addition to that, all athletes get access to the exclusive SWAT Facebook page where they can communicate with other likeminded SWAT members. And for specific guidance from yours truly, all you need do is tag me in your SWAT facebook post and I’ll do my very best to answer your question. Finally, you get full access to every single product that I have created, all which enhance in some way the training plans.
